I don't need the FDA (F___ing Dumb Asses) or any government agency telling me if it hops like a rabbit it is not a rabbit. CBD works incredibly well for me and America is discovering this as well. The FDA can approve it or not. Makes no difference to me and half of America. Big Pharma shot themselves in both feet. Opioid addiction and 2.1 million dollar miracle cures that no one but a pharma CEO can afford. Knowing big Pharma uses public funding for research for nearly every patent they have. They were laughing in our faces until CBD came along. Next we need a CBD for the Insurance industrial complex. That might be universal healthcare.
Lack of FDA guidance is crushing good actors. As long as the mass market channel is still up for grabs when the guidance comes I expect big things for good actors like CVSI.
But your concern is valid, the longer we're in limbo the more bad actors eat our lunch. Everyday a portion of the product life span is gone.
IMO if there isn't guidance by June of next year we might be dead in the water.
Me frustration is that the FDA could have done something. It's entirely their unwillingness.
February will be a huge checkpoint for us. When the new FDA commissioner reports to congress on cbd we should see which way the wind blows.
Separately I'd like to see this back at $2 by end of January. Fingers crossed
Mconnell and company didnt do much to help. A full year after farm bill and look where cbd is. Recall the long run up to farm bill only to have the fda shoot it down immediately. Now a year later things are way worse. Joke.
The lack of transparency and muteness of these clowns is whats most worrisome. Seems like they just want to slink away quietly. They feel the less they say the better. Choppy.
