I bet those very stupid 0.0001 ~ 0.0002 sellers don't know the Real Valuation of this hidden gem! If they knew among over One Thousand of its OTC peers ACTL is the Sole 0.0001-Bottom stock with the Lowest-Possible float and OS counts then they would change their minds to raise their selling price to at least 0.0015 (i.e. $1M Market Value)...
