but the untold story remains the *consistency* of restricted shares (certs) held
and the *consistency* of P2O's investors since 2013 (really 2009) when P2O was wrested back

approx avg is 450 shareholders .. of which the DTC is 1
(DTC holds *shares* for every (CE) brokerage firm/insurance firm or bank that *trades* equities) .. ;)

record setting volume was due to a pump and dump! Thus the reason the stock is slowly going back to sub penny. Very telling that when Heddle pr'd this latest "deal" he failed to announce that everything was dependent on Nulixo getting a government contract; of which they weren't even close on getting. Also very telling, past history of new personnel involved and their past shady history.

So obvious bs. so in reality answer this. What is the ROI on this stock since 2013 when......
