Sure, definitely possible. But it's taking A LOT of volume to barely move this. That means it's going to require a lot of people to have a lot of patience and that rarely happens. I've been doing this for 3 years and I've only seen it happen once with a stock that took this much volume to move. And it actually didnt get to a penny, I think it got about halfway there.
