My story is much the same as yours. I met Stan Wolfson many years ago at a Parking Convention in Atlanta, nice people as you stated. I don't have as many shares as you, only 2/3 of a million shares, so if this goes to a dollar or two a share, would surely put a smile on my face. I'm just sitting tight, waiting to see what happens.
I've been through several corporate buyouts in my career, and some of them took quite a bit of time to take place. I'm sure the Wolfson's have been told to be quiet on any info as I was on several occasions. As you can see here, rumors and ideas can run rampant during times like this.
