I hear you, It's a busy time of year for everyone. I'm actually out the door to run some errands myself.
I have to make sure my schedule allows for a good time block to do it right.
That can be tricky, usually you have to leave a detailed VM for Greg on the corp line, and he calls back. Impossible to time when that call comes in. Sometimes its quick, sometimes it takes a few days.
