If you will allow me a couple of corrections/opinions:

1) Lynas is both a miner and refiner (biggest in world outside of China);

2) Lynas is planning to build a HREE refinery in Texas, but they are not partnering with TMRC. Their partner is Texas company Blue Line Corporation;

3) Lynas seem to be the prime candidate for a joint gov't program (free money) to develop a unified Australian/American REE industry given what will be their facilities in both countries--no other rare earths company has that;

4) Careful with UURAF. They have been in an expensive legal battle for more than a year that might impact their chance for Fed funding. Plus, a recent rights offering of 80 million cheap shares at US .075 cents probably will keep a cap on outsized gains.

This is NCORRECT:
"Lynas Corp an Australia based rare earth minerals refining company plans to partner with TMRC to build a permanent refinery in West Texas. "
TMRC has nothing to do with lynas> Lynas has this contract with Blue line Corp, and their facility is in Hondo Texas.
You got mixed up!
