You quoted Jon Rice saying the following at the shareholders meeting:

"“100 metric tons per year. That’s what we think we can push out of this facility in Lam Dong...sorry...in Quang Nam. We are looking at maybe 20-30 million dollars in annual revenue."

In a later PR (dated October 19 2019), it stated.

"The Company expects that its factory will have capacity to produce more than 8 metric tons of its specialized silk in 2020, with a total capacity of roughly 40 metric tons per year, once fully utilized."

So the estimate for full scale production was downgraded from 100 tons to 40 tons. That is a 60% reduction.
