Thanks for confiming LCYBIOSIENCE does not have 1.4 billion in the bank . Not that it really matters as none of that has anything to do with the debt ridden insolvent Delaware shell the untradeable and worthless shares are attached too . And dont really think Visolis matters anymore either they got a lab in Minnesota for probably putting no money UPFRONT . Lcy got a sludge plant on the cheap and left an empty American shell. LOL SMH . The LCY letter affitming the deal will never be seen since all court cases are closed with no objections filed by anyone.

So what? LCY still has absolutely nothing to do with BioAmber, there's never been a single link between the two companies whatsoever since LCY and Visolis purchased the assets in the liquidation. Tossing up whatever business that LCY, KKR, LCYB is doing is only proof that they're still alive and doing business. BioAmber was liquidated and out of business, has been for a year now.
