I think they have completed most if not then all of the required items for the JV to be complete in my opinion and they are waiting for the right moment to release the news. Remember, they want to sell their caliber products first.

I predict a Q2 2020 release of the JV products after most companies already start releasing them. Let the competition go in first, then come in with a superior product :)
