Sounds like wishful thinking to me. Doug and the board of directors are like Siamese twins. They keep one another afloat. Doug's needs the BOD to secure his paycheck and bonuses as well as the BOD need Doug for their paycheck. I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine!!
Since shareholders don't count and only have an advisory role to play once a year at the shareholder meeting, this situation will continue to exist till bankruptcy!!! Imo!!!
