Gbat the bankruptcy results never concluded in specific information in what Monbat paid for our assets. I wrote all about this before. I think there was a secret deal made and like I said before.. Two year tax deal in which Enersys can write off the whole cost of our past "dealing" good and bad and at the same time take over Monbat. It's interesting Enersys just did some 300,000,000 debt consolidation deal. This could have been done for many reasons. The most interesting thing is to do a tax deal it must be done after two years. Maybe Enersys put in a filing and some crafty people who saw the filing caught on to the idea that this could be a profitable situation. All my speculation..
