Correction: I have the court documents, haven't yet read them all. Not sure why the fact I have a Pacer account is so bothersome.
BioAmber's transfer agent was listed as Computershare Trust Company, N.A in the proxy statement they issued prior to bankruptcy. Also not sure why that even matters now that the stock is dead.
Another interesting fact: The maximum allowed settlement for those who bought the stock between December 23, 2016 and March 16, 2017 and held it past August of 2017 was 88 cents per share. All others are reduced or are zero. The table is in Exhibit A-1, page 6. The narrative description of how BioAmber's former management misled their investors is quite the read.
