We are not walking in his shoes and cannot truly fathom what constraints he is working under. The OTC is full of wolves and greed runs through many blood lines. No one is going to just give that which is most valuable.
The OTC is like a volcano pressure cooking most things but in there as well are rocks that will eventually become diamonds. We all hope NNRX becomes a diamond. And if/when it does, who will remark whether Bishop was pious.
