If you read you understand that this former company did an R/s in 2009 but Delaware did not update the A/S It is stale dated as explained.. Meaning it is not accurate! It will be likely be updated with filing and when fees comes thru being paid which could be any day now IMO. The last known float number that I have heard is 250 mil. (All IMO do own DD) OYO all over website and twitter page! I’m way long here DD is 100 x better here than other places I have seen the market cap way higher then this one is at present.. So many multiples possible here. This is bargain bin prices best I have seen for an opportunity of this magnitude. (All IMO and personal understanding)
