Official filing (8k) confirming that PACV acquired a $30m revenue producing company will send the market cap up towards 1x revenue, and perhaps higher.

Rarely do I ever see a stock trade for less than 1x revenue. In the acquisitions world, companies are paying multiples of revenue for businesses, so its easy to see a valuation of over $30m, and difficult (for me) to envision a situation where PACV is trading less than 1x revenue.
