Logical thinking does not seem to apply with these "manipulated" ETFs ...

This morning "they" dropped the price in anticipation of the report ... no other reason .

Then the report comes out "positive" and "they" let it run back up to WHERE IT WAS .

Total BS if you ask me . OBTW . it is currently 12 degrees Fahrenheit here in the NE .
