$FTWS This is exactly why so many people lose money in OTC they don't know how it works. 100% True post Daytrader Fudsters are not bad people they just don't know how to buy low and wait to sell higher.

Company has tweeted out plans of Buyback. 1 S/H of Common stock own 1.3B shares at $0.001 or 55% of OS so that takes the other issue off the table.
