off hot copper board ...

Running against the most conservative Sc pricing 1k per kg. This binding heads of agreement @ 5 tons should give the MC 100mil valuation alone, add NTA, NCA and cash in the piggy bank.

-Keep in mind 175 additional tons of Sc available according to the 2.5mtpa in the DFS (can increase capacity by 40% at no extra costs because of CAPEX outlay)
-Can produce 4.5tpa of Cobalt (3.5mtpa produces @ 6.5tpa of Cobalt) makes CLQ the 5th largest supplies in the DRC and the single largest cobalt supplier in the rest of the world, this is represented in the image below. Cobalt has been listed as a rare earth material by the US, i would say that puts us as favourites in Govt discussions.
-20tpa of Nickel (3.5mtpa produces @ 30tpa)

Based on conservative DCF company value is around 2.5-3 Billion IMO

The reason why CLQ has such a high capex, being able to produce a near perfect Cathode material straight off the bat! super efficient and cost effective, this will allow for a simple production line and highly advantageous for any auto makers looking to increase their profit margins per EV sold. This is explained explained in the following image:

The RIP tech combined with unmatched soil composition (Low clay content andquartz veining allows forsimple beneficiation andore upgrading) gives us a distinct OPEX advantage, the benefits of our RIP flow vs conventional CCD flow are represented here:

The Tech is a huge advantage and often overlooked because of the Markets lack of understanding. The technology is proven and works perfectly, 2020 will be a big year IMO for investors.
