B-OM delivery system was changed to make product easier to package, ship, store, and for the patient to be able to self-administer.
As for the timing, it is for each to decide if the delays have been due to mgt or if due to the workings of the system (as in FDA) which are beyond mgt control. I am sure mgt has a couple of things they would have changed if they could, but overall I trust that they are going at a speed which is best for (1) advancement of the drug thru the trials and (2) maintaining a level of control so something done in haste doesn't result in the trials being cancelled for some preventable reason.
Kind of like taking care of Augusta Natl. Golf Course, you don't do anything that could possibly screw it up as it is a national treasure. IMO both B and K will prove to be medical treasures.
