WDDD isn't waiting for the PTAB on the Linden Labs jury trial. Deadline for setting a court date for the trial is just over 2 weeks away unless Linden Labs asks for and gets a 3rd extension. (Might be easy to claim a holiday hardship?)

Meanwhile IMO it's pretty much business as usual over at the PTAB except for the holiday schedule and still expecting a ruling from the Board "anytime" meaning January at the earliest.
