I hear you on that. Even worse fear is that republicans will be as bad as dems when trump is gone. Then what are we to do? I mean some are already. Trump told us the wounded snake story. He will remind us again I'm sure.
Being an old fart I'm not concerned for my lifetime but I feel you're fears for my descendants.
The good thing is if we reelect the Trump admin and keep the senate, which to me is much more important than regaining the house, they can continue to load the courts with conservative federal lifetime appointed judges and quite possibly 2 more Supreme Court Justices.
