Big difference. Disanti has completely finalized his UNRG deal. He did everything he was supposed to in a short period of time. It has a new owner, Rigworx. They have already filed articles of merger and Disanti has relinquished custodianship to Rigworx. All we're waiting on there to move the SP is the 8k to show what assets they have.
NVGT is still in the very early stages and waiting for the merging company to be revealed. I believe that will happen this week or next.
