The Cannabinoid Biosciences aquiring Betta4U Brands part. The filing says they "entered into definitive agreement to acquire controlling stake". But I don't see anything that says it was ever completed. Also look at the description of what they say SFIO does "vape products" that's the old company and has nothing to do with the direction the company is going now. At least that's the way I see things now.
