gers. one of the many problems, and there are other devastating ones too, is that KK and the Science-minded young guys have no experience in the Business world, as do most of the Lawyers they talk to? While Patents were their honorable intention, it is the dealings one has with other more seasoned Co's that can cause havoc, for they have already fallen into the competitive, money earning world where no prisoners will be taken!
I believe that while Gers made a mistake or two along the way, in no way did it hurt those who they were forming associations with? If that be the case, what the Hell is wrong with errors that had no negative impact on our prospective customers!! Let's measure the degree of Business distress those Alleged infringing Co's had? Little to none in my OPINION? But I do not make a judgement in that case, but only voice a plausible scenario!
