Thx BillJay...who the hell knows what’s going on here. Two things tho...if the TriStar Acquisition LLC was formed to house the planes Johan would get if he exercised the Note, wouldn’t that mean all of his equity in TMPS is a moot point? I’m having a hard time thinking that Johan would do that. Conversely, is there a chance TMPS/TriStar have a bid to be bought out hence the TriStar Acquisition LLC? Someone trying to get a cheap buyout before TriStar ramps up their awards with A2A refueling? Thinking out loud...
