Hardly. That Brazilian Company Valid has thousands of clients - cannatrac is just one of many.
No need to make a bigger deal out of it than it is.
It doesn’t mean Valid is now part of GRNF in any way.

I highly suspect this dream of Costello’s is doomed to fail just like that deal he tried to broker with his marijuana companies a couple years ago. And every other project this grifter has touched over the years.
