Doubtful, INND was listed on the attendee roster for both events. Why fake it? Free food and a write off. A lot of those mini conventions hand out vouchers for local clubs and bars as well. Bet Matt went to the strip club with a few of the CEO's of other flailing companies. Not actually attending those events wouldn't be worth lying about since they don't change the SP or generate any cash flow.
