The original Tweet that prompted this latest interest in TMSH indicated that further details would be made AFTER a statement was issued by the Management of TMSH. Look at the track record of Johnson and Strickler;
-They have never called a Shareholders' Meeting,
-their last news release was in May earlier this year,
-The latest Quarterly Report (second quarter) was in July of this year.
If the new Management team is waiting for an announcement from TMSH, we may never hear of their plans, if any.
