I just hung up with Hudson. Regarding the mailing of the proxies, they said the date was Dec 10th.

My shares are with TD Ameritrade so I have to wait on them to process my mailing.

They said I should probably receive it in the mail by the end of next week.

I can't wait to vote for all of Hudson's proposals.

It will be the first shareholder activism I've ever been on the winning side of.
