But there is a looming something because they burn through their cash reserves somewhere in the middle of 2020 and go belly up if there is not a financing. They also need to redeem the preferred or the dillution by issuing shares to Discovery has the same effect on shareholders as a RS. Voting down the RS does not fix the primary problem. The RS is a symptom of the problem. If the RS is defeated what is the go forward plan? If there is a good one I would change my vote. That's why I keep asking.

You don't know the number of voting shares DGF and the insiders have - plus Newbridge might have voting shares.

The unconverted Series A shares have voting shares attached to them.

Why would OWCP file another 14C this soon after the first reverse split was voted down if they didn't know they have the votes to pass the reverse split?

Who the hell cares about being listed on the OTCQB - it means nothing - if I were a shareholder I would be outraged that Hirsch was trying to sale those Wolf tickets.
