The psoriasis cream patent doesn't have any commercial value. It certainly doesn't mean it is a FDA approved drug - unlike the arduous and costly task of doing FDA/DEA approved clinical trials.
OWCP has a patent that can't be monetized - any other company could come in and make minor changes and be granted a patent and in the process start doing FDA clinical trials and if it passed the clinical trials and have a drug ready for the market.
But from reading the patent application - if the "Research" were to be published in a peer reviewed journal - it would be eviscerated.
This is just part of the OWCP pump - and a few will donate more money to Bignitz and crew.
