It's actually $2 million. I misread it. I thought it was billon, which is obscene. $2m seems like too little depending on how much research they need to do.
But as I think we agree, there isn't that much to do. This shouldn't be that hard. There is plenty of evidence to support CBD as a supplement. Doing nothing is far more dangerous than doing something reasonable at this point.
