The sheeple really don't understand this or just prefer to remain in denial. Primarily under the direction of the Spanish Government they have been aggressively running point on the UNESCO Underwater Cultural Heritage Treaty. The article clearly mentions Florida shipwrecks. When the time cones for Florida State cooperation with Spain, the state will throw anyone and everyone under the bus. The truth is, the State of Florida doesn't like treasure hunters any more than Spain does. This so called industry is dead particularly when relating to Spanish shipwrecks. That is most definitely my opinion.
