No, that's false, it is not the same company. It is a private LLC they set up to buy the assets from the public company that this stock is for. All of the assets are gone, there's nothing left here.

That's what I've been telling him, but he still doesn't get it. Keeps saying asset purchase only, but why is almost all the debt paid off? Where there's smoke there's fire.
