His "land" consists of mining claims that Lemas manages to get Mexus investors to pay for. Mostly junk.
His equipment is the same - junk.
The deep pockets are getting very, very tired of paying for the Mexus money pit. Some folks are out $hundreds of thousands. Can you believe it?? I even hear of one poor guy that is out over half a $mil. But even these loyal few have their limits and I bet they are questioning whether they will get another urgent call for funds the next time another toxic loan gets close to being converted. Like in about 6 weeks.
