Mike is still in charge and the largest shareholder but He is just another victim of the latest Buzzy Twombly scam. Twombly refuses to distribute the spinoff shares and has cut off all production of patience. This was an organized scam (that failed) to pump up VGID so Twombly could keep dilluting. All the paid promos of VGID for the last few years failed and Twombly is desperately in need of cash.
