Apology. The R/S was meant for uplisting. Did not specifically mention NASDAQ.

This reverse split of our shares allows us to up-list our stock to a different exchange, while expanding the potential investor and financing partners we can bring into the Company thereby making these negotiations more competitive.

Still see the downward trajectory continuing. Business is failing, IMO.
We are not reading the same financial statements if you disagree. Time will tell that I am right again.
