IMHO I think your spot on. I always believe it was a long term venture that would result in some type of JV with an Defense contractor. That part of the business is too slow in develop.
Only s few days left of tax selling. I expected a little bump with China trade deal done. I guess that wasn't leaning on it. I had so much fun last year during tax dump.
The chart look ugly, volume is low, people are getting tried of the wait. Hang in longs!
