The balance sheet justifies a $3+ pps. Only problem is, they lost some customers and we don't know how earnings will look like next year. Also, some people think they won't pay the dividend.
I think the insider buying has solved both issues. Usually this stuff has no impact but I think it will matter this time. If the stock doesn't go up tomorrow, I will buy some more.
