It appears that we are at the very early stages of a thaw. The interest level in the sector seems to be increasing over the last month or so. My guess is we will see some entries into the sector this week in anticipation of the budget deal. CBD is not the top headline with the media but if it is approved it will jump in visibility very quickly.
I believe we are at the finish line and we will skip from the thaw to mania very quickly after Christmas.
January and February will be one for the record books.
