I'm only aware of the 2 share reductions that J.B. had talked about. It makes no sense at all for anyone to be diluting since they started negotiations. (However this is the otc.!) Its collateral for the merger. Shares are in the OS not the float. All collateral shares are restricted. The float remains unchanged. This has been posted several times already.
