I think all PPS action will await the success of Hudson's hostile takeover.

Until then, I believe the PPS is being manipulated to stay in this range. If Hudson is successful, the PPS will immediately rise because Hudson will acquire more shares, and institutions will return.

Any share purchase today is a bet on Hudson winning.

I am not willing to make that bet right now. The most likely allies are the institutions, and their holdings dropped from about 65% of the O/S to 27.07% as of September 30, 2019.

Hudson needs all of the institutions to join them and at least 5,000,000 common shares to vote with them.

The most difficult hurdle they will have to overcome is the ambivalent shareholders or traders, who do not follow the details, and most often vote as the company recommends.

That's why Hudson is filing so many DFAN14A's. They are trying to wake up the common shareholders.

I've called Hudson. I'm waiting for my GOLD card to vote my shares with Hudson.
