#7834 RE: Adoni$74 #7833

The Reduction in Annualized G&A Expenses Is A Positive, But If They Are still predicting needing to sell 4500 kg to 5000 kg to break-even, then that amount of cannabis will not be available if Valleyfield will not be available to start growing until late March/April 2020. If that is the case, then they will not meet the goal of becoming cashflow positive by June 30, 2020.

They're projecting to grow 10,000 kg in the 4 grow rooms in Valleyfield Phase 1, but that was when they predicted having those 4 rooms available to plant in January 2020. Now, it is looking like late March/April 2020.

TGOD is projecting 10,000 kg to 12,000 kg from Hamilton for 2020. If the processing plant is not available in early January as predicted earlier, then they will have to keep using their slow, manual process for finishing meaning product will not hit shelves as quick as thought.

We shall see if TGOD can finally meet a goal.
