What a way for Symtomax to becoming a fully reporting U.S. stock exchange company, something they have stated in the past except to now buy out a fully reporting OTC QB stock with only 37 million shares issued and a float of 23 million shares???
The insiders will be rich, it would explain why there has been no conversions and unfortunately for many, Wayne will be rich!
