Patent enforcement attorneys work on contingency, so i don't see why they couldn't exercise that right if others were doing the caverstem procedure.
I couldn't intelligently comment on what doctors might or can/cannot do as I am not one, but I would imagine during the recruitment process, the traditional brush off by doctors would be "come back to me when you have published studies showing it works".
I doubt they brush them off, knowing the procedure is patented, and go..i can do that....hope they don't find out.
