Yes, BioAmber, Inc., BioAmber Canada, Inc., and BioAmber Sarnia, Inc., were the 3 entities included in the liquidation and that are completely out of business. BioAmber, Inc. happens to be the company that folks here OWN STOCK IN and is the parent company. If you want to go back into the archives on Open Corporates and dig out all the other entities that are no longer a part of this corporation and are likely dead, then have at it. You can also go back to the original S-1 filings for the IPO if you want, there was a bunch of legs to this company before they spun them off or killed them, getting down to the CURRENT CORPORATE STRUCTURE that was all included in the CCAA.
