Of course they spent money on the booth, hired sales people before acquiring ARALOC, because the product wasn’t ready to sell.

It’s right there In the financial statements luckily so we know this is false. It is also on their Imvestor FAQ.

Things can and do change... especially when customers demand better. This is the way of any industry. Up and comers take over the incumbents when new and better ideas and service are expressed.

Just ask brick and mortar retailers what happened when Amazon grew to a size that they couldn't compete with. Many of them no longer exist and many of them probably laughed at Amazon's ideas when it was struggling back in the late 90's. They aren't laughing now. (Yes I know you don't like when I use AMZN, MSFT and others as examples, however that doesn't make what they achieved and were up against any less valid.)

Maybe data443 will never get to the level of Acronis or other competitors. But I'm sure they won't see it coming if it does.

Things are always a joke, until they're not...
