And get this, they were asking for donations to file their own filings from shareholders!! Some even entertained a go-fund-me account!
Before that it was asking for funds from investors to bring things like “dog Barz” to market.
It all started with blowing out the share structure and dumping shares during the MJ boom with fake pot farms.
