Of course they are diluting. They just didn’t ask for an increase in A/S for the series J conversion. If so it would have been 1:1. They asked for much more. Nasrat even said they would need to dilute for working capital to launch Sungen 2. This shouldn’t be a surprise.

What I am surprised about is how little the stock rose on the approval news. Continues to show this J’s a show me stock. Prove it in the numbers. All in time.
